Motivated employees: Aicher's most important capital

About 130 motivated employees take pains to meet the requirements of our customers - including the most unusual wishes.

It is inconceivable at Aicher that an employee would ever know too much: by means of ongoing training including internal training courses of our workforce we hold on to our leading position. And this applies just as much for our office staff as in the production. In our own training workshop „old hands“ pass on their know-how to the young generation.

A production worker discusses and agrees his suggestions with his foreman. Subsequently the worker has the chance to develop his initiative further and, in consultation with the foreman, can form a team for implementing the suggestion. Twice a year we have a day-long quality meeting at which the results are presented to the whole workforce.
