High Precision Components from Aicher: Turned Parts

Cogs:

Cogs are complex and challenging components for which the selection of the raw material (a long time before production starts) determines function and durability.
In this case we deliver both the know-how and the pre-processed components – and also sets of cogs ready for assembly.

Shafts and Pins:

You can't produce a drive system without high-precision shafts and pins.
We can supply you with shafts with diameters of 15 - 150 mm and lengths of 30 – 800 mm and also a wide range of pin types and sizes: turned, milled, hardened, ground and coated – in quantities of up to a million a year.

Hydraulic Components:

Exact drilling without swarf, surfaces ground flush with contact areas of over 95% – no problem for Aicher. And whenever there is an overlap between shape and position tolerances and surface parameters our planning, production and metrology rise to the challenge.

Rotors:

Rotors place very high requirements on machining and cleanliness.

We have the best possible equipment for producing many types with a range of production methods.
