Aicher - Education and Training

Aicher Präzisionstechnik GmbH & Co. KG really does make an effort for its young company workers. In the last few years we have trained more than 50 young people. Aicher has had its own training workshop since 2007.

We offer the following training programmes for 2012:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics) (Studium plus)
• Machinist (turning lathes)
• Machinist (automatic lathe systems)
• Machinist (milling machines)
• Industrial Mechanic (fine-tool engineering)
• Machine operator and system supervisor.

At Aicher, we believe that an apprenticeship should offer prospects.
This is why we normally take on our apprentices and some of those who began here as apprentices have now climbed to a management position – and some even very quickly.

Those who are talented and hard-working are challenged at Aicher and can look forward to an exciting career with prospects!
